There are seven phases in Year One of the Manual of Procedures (MOP). Select a phase to view the MOP items.

Phase 1 MOP Items

1. State applications are made available

2. Partner states are identified

3. University host makes initial contacts with state liaison

4. State-wide stakeholders are assembled for Interagency Autism Planning Group Meeting (IAPG)

5. Model sites within state are identified

Phase II MOP items

6. Consent forms are made available

7. Evidence-Based Practice Inventory is collected from model site team members

8. Model site teams take online course Foundations of Autism Spectrum Disorders

9. Target students at each model site are identified

10. Pre-APERS is completed at model sites

Phase III MOP items

11. Summer Institute is held

Phase IV MOP Items

12. Teams develop Goal Attainment Scaling (GAS)

13. Teams determine targeted EBP

14. Baseline data are collected

Phase V MOP Items

15. Model site teams are coached

16. NPDC staff support coaches

17. NPDC staff attend mid-year visits

Phase VI MOP Items

18. NPDC staff continues contact with state leadership

19. Expansion sites are identified

Phase VII MOP Items

20. Post-APERS are completed at initial model sites

21. End-of-year data are collected
